Yunnan Sales up Nearly Four Percent

China's Yunnan Province recorded sales of 218.39 billion cigarettes during the first seven months of this year, 3.76 per cent more than during the first seven months of 2007. Production was up by 2.78 per cent to 217.26 billion, with the combined output of 'key' cigarette brands such as Yuxi, Yunyan, Mount Hongtashan, Honghe, Red Camellia and Red Plum Blossom up by 5.02 per cent to 188.885 billion, or 91.79 per cent of the total cigarette output.
