Jose "Pepin" Garcia is taking on a new cigar project. The talented cigarmaker is the new manufacturer of the Nestor Miranda Signature Selection brand. The brand is owned by Miami Cigar & Co., distributors of Don Lino, La Aurora and other cigars.
