At the symposium, Wu Yi briefed the Schweitzer-Mauduit delegation on Hongyun's development over recent years, market sales of Hongyuan's Yunyan's brand cigarettes and technical transformation at subsidiaries of Hongyun Group. In light of the status quo of overall development and direction of Hongyun's brands development in a future period of time, Wu exchanged opinions with the French guests, expressing the hope that the two sides will continue to deepen their cooperation, and jointly conduct research and development of new technologies and new techniques, which will contribute to promoting better development of Hongyun Group. Speaking on the same occasion, Villoutreix said that Schweitzer-Mauduit has always maintained favorable relations of cooperation with Hongyun for many years, and has always attached great importance to the development of both Hongyun Group and its Yunyan's cigarette brand. He said that Schweitzer-Mauduit has full confidence in cooperation with Hongyun Group as a powerful tobacco manufacturing enterprise.
