Bulgartabac Sells Stara Zagora factory

Bulgartabac Holding yesterday sold on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange 78.18 per cent of its factory in the southern city of Stara Zagora. According to a Novinite report quoting Bulgartabac, the 920,854 shares in 'Sluntse (Sun) - Stara Zagora - Tabac" were sold for a total of BGN18,186,866.50, or BGN19.75 per share. The shares were sold in two packages; a majority package of 76.41 per cent (900,000 shares) to a single unnamed buyer, and a minority package of 1.77 per cent (20,854 shares) to two buyers. The Sluntse Stara Zagora factory owns a license for the processing of tobacco and the production of tobacco products. Enditem
