Man Cited for Providing Tobacco

A Walnut Bottom man was cited for the illegal sale of tobacco products after he allegedly bought chewing tobacco for a 13-year-old boy Wednesday. State police at Chambersburg say Andrew Gardner, 21, made the purchase around 4:30 p.m. at the Food Lion grocery store in Southampton Township, Franklin County. Enditem
