Four Multinationals Interested in Bulgartabac

Four major multinational companies have declared an interest in the privatization of Bulgartabac, according to a Novinite report quoting the economy minister, Petar Dimitrov, who refused to name the companies. Meanwhile, a privatization process was launched on Monday for factories at Plovdiv and Stara Zagora, which were left only with licenses to produce tobacco after Bulgartabac in February decided to discontinue its contracts with them.
