Swedish Match Proposes Dividend

The board of directors of Swedish Match AB will recommend a dividend of SEK3.50 per share when the company holds its annual general meeting of shareholders on April 22. The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record on April 25. The board will propose also that the current mandate to repurchase up to 10 per cent of all shares in the company for a maximum amount of SEK3,000 million be prolonged. As previously reported, the company's nominating committee will propose the re-election to the board of Charles A. Blixt, Andrew Cripps, Arne Jurbrant, Conny Karlsson, Kersti Strandqvist and Meg Tivéus, and the election of Karen Guerra.
