Nice-Pak Products: Philip Morris Suit Is Without Merit

Nice-Pak Products Inc. claims a purported lawsuit filed by Philip Morris USA concerning counterfeit cigarettes is without merit. Nice-Pak, a healthcare products company, said it makes pre-moistened wipes and isn't associated with cigarettes. Philip Morris, an Altria Group Inc. (MO) unit, had sued the company for allegedly importing and selling counterfeit cigarettes, as well as unauthorized use of Philip Morris trademarks. A spokesperson for Philip Morris wasn't immediately available to comment. Enditem
