There are plenty of free resources to help you with quitting, and you may win a Sedona getaway vacation also.
If you participate in one of the Coconino County Health Department's programs in January and/or February, and you are tobacco-free for the month of March, you will be entered in a drawing for the grand prize. The grand prize includes: a one-night stay at the Radisson Poco Diablo Resort, a one-hour spa treatment at the Sedona Hilton, champagne brunch for two at the Enchantment Revsort, and a $25 gift certificate at Stakes and Sticks.
The Coconino County Health Department offers a free, six-week quit-tobacco support group that meets one hour per week. It provides counseling, vouchers for discounted supplies of Chantix, nicotine gum and lozenges, nicotine patches and Zyban to make quitting easier.
