Tobacco Licensing Proposed by MSP

The sale of cigarettes and tobacco should be licensed in the same way that alcohol is, an MSP demanded. Nationalist Christine Grahame has launched a consultation on the issue, ahead of putting forward a Members' Bill to Holyrood.
