Free Tobacco Cessation Program Offered

Penn State Extension of Westmoreland County will offer a free tobacco cessation program in November at Norwin High School. Sessions will begin at 6 p.m. Nov. 5 in the Norwin High School library classroom. Participants will be eligible to receive discounts for nicotine replacement products.
