Fitch Ratings has placed the following tobacco settlement asset-backed secuities (ABS) on Rating Watch Positive: Badger Tobacco Asset Securitization Corporation (Wisconsin), series 2002 $35,070,000 serial bonds due June 1, 2010 'BBB'. Fitch on Wednesday placed 260 tobacco settlement ABS tranches on Rating Watch Positive in conjunction with its recent upgrade of the domestic tobacco industry's corporate rating to 'BBB' from 'BBB-'.
