Universal Chief Executive Allen B. King Sells 23,299 Shares of Common Stock The chairman and chief executive of leaf tobacco distributor Universal Corp. sold 23,299 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Friday, Allen B. King sold the shares Wednesday and Thursday for $49 to $49.25 apiece. Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.
