The number of Wisconsin stores that illegally sell tobacco to minors is down from more than 30 percent to about five, and the group responsible for keeping clerks in check is meeting in Rothschild today. Wisconsin Wins does compliance checks across the state. They say they're aiming to eliminate all illegal tobacco sales in Wisconsin and they're meeting to discuss methods to keep tobacco out of kids hands.
