Richemont's BAT Representative to Step Down Source from: tobaccoreporter.com UK, Monday, June 25, 2007 06/28/2007 Piet Beyers will be retiring from the board of Richemont on June 30, 2007, and, as a consequence, he will also be resigning as a non-executive director from the board of British American Tobacco p.l.c. with effect from the same date, according to a note posted on the BAT website.
R & R Holdings S.A. is expected to nominate a new director to represent Richemont's interests in BAT 'in due course'.
