Development of 'Key' Brands Urged Source from: tobaccoreporter.com China, Monday, June 25, 2007 06/28/2007 The State Tobacco Monopoly Administration's (STMA) director general, Jiang Chengkang, has backed plans to develop more than a dozen key cigarette brands as a way to increase the competitiveness of China's tobacco industry.
