Swedish Match Acquires Bogaert

Swedish Match has agreed to purchase for an undisclosed sum Bogaert Cigars, a privately held Belgium-based cigar company. Bogaert's portfolio consists of machine made cigars and cigarillos of the Bogart and Hollandia brands. Its main markets are France, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium.
