Introducing the Golden Leaf Awards

Tobacco Reporter is proud to announce the creation of an annual tobacco industry awards program, the Golden Leaf Awards, presented by Tobacco Reporter and sponsored exclusively by BMJ. Awards will be granted to companies who have achieved outstanding performance in the tobacco industry. There will be various categories of awards, and the grand prize will be the BMJ Quality Award. See Tobacco Reporter's March issue for complete information, including the entry forms and award category descriptions. The nomination period is from March 1 to July 30, 2006. All tobacco-related companies and institutions, except the sponsors, the jury and the organizer, are eligible for consideration. The winners will be selected from the entries/nominees to be judged by an independent jury. The 2006 winners will be announced in Tobacco Reporter's November issue with full coverage of their achievements. The awards dinner will be held during the upcoming tobacco exhibition in Bali on Nov. 8-10, 2006. Plan now to enter your company or institution.
