Tobacco farmers in Hoima and Masindi districts have said they will not support the third term for President Yoweri Museveni unless he buys off their tobacco, which the British America Tobacco Uganda abandoned. Their five leaders told Daily Monitor at their lawyers' chambers in Kampala on Tuesday that the farmers were threatening National Resistance Movement recruiters in the districts.
