RUSSIA: Krasnoyarsk Regional Government to Invest in Kansk Tobacco Plant

After summing up the yearly performance of the Kansk tobacco plant, the committee for industrial and housing policy of the Krasnoyarsk region legislature approved a suggestion of investing RUR 86 million (Euro 2.4 million) in the facility's re-equipment, 80 per cent of the amount to be invested by the local government. The project is expected to pay back within three years. The committee will consider the investment plan in further detail at the next meeting, reports Rustabak.ru. Enditem
