Nearly period of time, most regions in the north China continued to appear the hot weather, many areas lacked of effective rainfall. Henan, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Xinjiang and other 12 provinces suffered severe drought, reservoirs and rivers dried up, and these places lacked drinking water, and it affected the growth of tobacco plant, which is in the prosperous growth period.
