Strong flavor characteristic high-quality leaf tobacco development is one of major project on developing characteristic leaf tobacco assigned by the China National Tobacco Corporation in 2011. On June 7, Fuchuan Chaodong Dragon brand tobacco bases passed on-site review by panel of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration. Dragon brand is one major brand of China Tobacco Guangxi Industrial Corp..

Through discussion, report, field trips, panel of experts agreed that the project overall is good. Excellent of the project embodied in the following three aspects: firstly, the implementation plan and technical route is scientific and reasonable, feasible; secondly, it uses customize varieties, the self-made fertilizer, carry out curing experiment independently, and independent innovation ability is strong, and fully showed strong flavor characteristic; thirdly, the tobacco plants in test fields and demonstration grows good and the flavor is strong after curing.

Finally, the panel recommended the project members to integrate results of the project obtained, expand the application areas, show the features of strong flavor, improve the quality of tobacco leaf, and ensure material security level of dragon brand of China Tobacco Guangxi Industrial Corp. Enditem
