China: County Tobacco Subcompany Completes Capital Settlement for Infrastructure Construction

Huize County Tobacco Subcompany of Qujing City Tobacco Company in southwest China's tobacco-producing Yunnan Province has recently completed the work of capital settlement for the construction of projects of infrastructure facilities for leaf tobacco production in the county for the year 2012.

In efforts to implement the spirit of official documents issued by authorities at higher levels, accelerate the promotion of finishing work for the construction of projects of infrastructure facilities for leaf tobacco production for 2012 and do a good job of capital settlement in anticipation of completion of the construction of projects of infrastructure facilities for leaf tobacco production in a timely manner, Huize County Tobacco Subcompany made planning hereof at a very early date, and succeeded in fully completing the work of capital settlement on December 20.

Firstly, Huize County Tobacco Subcompany has attached great importance to the work of capital settlement and has managed to unify understanding about it.

Secondly, the relevant departments of the subcompany have done all they can to extend cooperation to form resultant forces.

Thirdly, the capital construction office of the subcompany has made overall planning and taken all factors into consideration in making promotion on a full scale.

And fourthly, the staffers of the capital construction department of the subcompamy, in accordance with the relevant requirement for financial management, has submitted the relevant documentation for capital settlement for the construction of projects of infrastructure facilities for leaf tobacco production in disregard of hardships, relatively well accomplishing the work of capital settlement.  Enditem
