China Tobacco Guangdong Industrial Co. Establishes Exclusive Station in Yunnan

China Tobacco Guangdong Industrial Co., Ltd. in south China's Guangdong Province has recently established an exclusive leaf tobacco threshing and redrying station for its cigarette production formulas at Shizong Leaf Tobacco Redrying Factory of Yunnan Leaf Tobacco Redrying Co., Ltd. in southwest China's tobacco-producing Yunnan Province.

On November 13, a grand ceremony was held at Shizong Leaf Tobacco Redrying Factory to inaugurate the exclusive leaf tobacco threshing and redrying station of China Tobacco Guangdong Industrial Co., Ltd. Jointly unveiling the nameplate of the station were Deputy General Manager Ou Guang'an of China Tobacco Guangdong Industrial Co., Ltd., Executive Deputy General Manager Wen Jun and Deputy General Manager Huang Wenyong of Yunnan Leaf Tobacco Redrying Co., Ltd., and Deputy Director Li Xuhua of the Technology Center of China Tobacco Guangdong Industrial Co., Ltd.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ou pointed out that the establishment of the exclusive leaf tobacco threshing and redrying station for cigarette production formulas of China Tobacco Guangdong Industrial Co., Ltd. signifies the entry into a new phase of technological cooperation between China Tobacco Guangdong Industrial Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Leaf Tobacco Redrying Co., Ltd., which will be playing a major guiding role in the work of leaf tobacco threshing and redrying for cigarette production formulas of China Tobacco Guangdong Industrial Co., Ltd. in Yunnan.

Ou expressed the hope that the two sides will continue bring into play their respective advantages in technology, human resources and management, further strengthen bilateral cooperation in leaf tobacco allocation, leaf tobacco threshing and redrying by formulas, leaf tobacco maintenance, etc, in realizing resources sharing and joint establishment of a new raw materials supply guarantee system. Enditem
