Positive Signals for Bulgarian Tobacco Producers after WHO Conference: Expert Source from: Focus News‎ 11/21/2012 ![]() "Some positive signals for the tobacco producers come after the conference of the World Health Organisation held in Seoul, South Korea," said Tsvetan Filev, Chairperson of the Bulgaria's National Association of Tobacco Growers – NAT-2010, speaking for FOCUS News Agency. "The good news that the Bulgarian tobacco producers received after the conference is that the decision-making in connection to articles 17 and 18 of the framework convention on tobacco products, was postponed with two years. This is a relief because this are postponed and it is not a final decision. At the moment, we have an idea to form a new working group, which will include tobacco growers, too, and discuss these two articles, so as to make more normal decisions," Filev remarked. Enditem |
