Big Wigs at Bremen Tobacco Sales

European cigar manufacturers and leaf traders purchased Indonesian tobaccos at the Bremen Tobacco Exchange in Germany on June 29. Among the tobaccos sold were 650 bales of Vorstenlanden tobaccos from Central Java and 1,036 high-quality bales from Sumatra. Buyers came from Denmark, Belgium and the Netherlands. Also present during the auction were Indonesian Ambassador H. E. Eddy Pratomo, Consul General Teuku Darmawan and a representative of the Indonesian Ministry for Plantation Companies, Soedjai Kartasasmita. Enditem
