Triple Joy for Tobacco Farmer

Keningau: Tobacco farmer Nurhaniati Laijo, 37, after giving birth to triplets at the Keningau district hospital, Thursday morning. The triplets, all males, have been retained for 10 days by the hospital for further observation, following safe delivery within a space of three minutes. The first, Mohd Aadhel Albarian, was born at 9.45am, followed by the second, Mohd Fazdli Albarian, at 9.46am, and the third, Mohd Fadhli Albarian, at 9.47am. Nurhaniati, of Kampung Biah Tengah, here, and her husband Dirma Dading, who is currently working in Tawau, already have five other children and the triplets make eight. A hospital spokesman said mother and the babies were in a stable condition and that this was the first time the hospital delivered triplets.
