Ditka, Jaworski Team Up for Super Bowl Party

As the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks prepare for this weekend's Super Bowl, ESPN analyst Ron "Jaws" Jaworski is also gearing up for his annual Super Bowl charity cigar party.

This year, Jaworski is combining forces with former gridiron great Mike Ditka to co-host the event. Dubbed "Cigars with the Stars," the event takes place tomorrow night from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Dos Gringos in Scottsdale, Arizona, about a 30-minute drive from University of Phoenix stadium in Glendale, site of this year's championship game.

The party will feature a VIP red carpet entrance for photographs, premium wine and spirits courtesy of Terlato Wines and Diageo, and, of course, top-notch cigars. Cigarmakers that will be passing out their smokes include Camacho Cigars (makers of the Mike Ditka Championship Series cigar), General Cigar Co., Miami Cigar & Co., Rocky Patel Premium Cigars and Quesada Cigars, with accessories maker Xikar passing out a gift.

In addition to great cigars and drinks, numerous celebrities, from former NFL greats like Ronnie Lott and Troy Aikman, to ESPN anchors such as Mike Tirico, will be attending the event with Jaworski and Ditka.

Proceeds from the sold-out party, as well as a charity auction of NFL player memorabilia, will be donated to three charities: Gridiron Greats, Pro Football Legends and The Kevin Turner Foundation. Gridiron Greats provides hands-on assistance to help retired players and their families deal with hardships they face after football, while The Kevin Turner Foundation's goal is to raise awareness an find a cure for ALS. Pro Football Legends is the marketing name for the NFL Alumni Association, which works with numerous charities.
