China: Director of STMA Met with CEO & President of Alliance One International

On January 20, the director of State Tobacco Monopoly Administration Ling Chengxing met with the Dutch Alliance One International visiting delegation led by Pieter Sikkel, president and CEO of Alliance One International, the two sides held friendly talks in Beijing.

Li KeMing, and Yang Peisen, both are deputy director of State Tobacco Monopoly Administration.
