Armenian Tobacco Industry''s Output Grows 34.3% in Jan-June 2014

Tobacco products worth AMD 30 024.9 million drams were released in Armenia in Jan-June 2014 – a 34.3% year-on-year growth, National Statistical Service reports.

Tobacco industry's output made up 8.1% of the Armenian processing industry's output in Jan-June 2014.  

According to the statistical report, 5 597.6 million cigarettes were produced in the country in Jan-June 2014 – 57.8% more than in Jan-June 2013. Enditem
