Ling Chengxing, director of State Tobacco Monopoly Administration (STMA), met with a delegation led by Ken MacKenzie, MD & CEO of Amcor in Beijing on Oct. 28. The two sides held friendly talks.

Officers from Foreign Affairs Department, Developing and Planning Department of STMA, and Beijing Tobacco Monopoly Administration also attended the meeting.
