Ling Chengxing, director of State Tobacco Monopoly Administration (STMA), met with a delegation led by Alison Cooper, Chief Executive of Imperial Tobacco Group PLC in Beijing on Oct. 28. The two sides held friendly talks. Deputy director of STMA Li Keming also attended the meeting.

Officers from Foreign Affairs Department, Developing and Planning Department, Economic Development of STMA, and China Cigarette Sales Company, China Tobacco International Corp. and China Tobacco Yunnan Industrial Corp. also attended the meeting.
