<strong>China: Director of STMA Meets with CEO of Reynolds American Inc.</strong>

Ling Chengxing, director of State Tobacco Monopoly Administration (STMA), met with a delegation led by Daniel M. Delen, the president and chief executive officer of Reynolds American Inc. in Beijing on Oct. 28. The two sides held friendly talks. Deputy director of STMA Li Keming also attended the meeting.
 
Officers from Foreign Affairs Department of STMA, and Technology Department also attended the meeting.
