Ling Chengxing, director of State Tobacco Monopoly Administration (STMA), met with a delegation led by Frédéric Villoutreix , the president and chief executive officer of SWM in Beijing on Oct. 28. The two sides held friendly talks. Deputy director of STMA Li Keming also attended the meeting.
 
Officers from Foreign Affairs Department of STMA, and Technology Department also attended the meeting.
