<strong>China: Director of STMA Inspects Shanxi Tobacco Industry</strong>

During October 12 to 13, Ling Chengxing, director of State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, inspects Shanxi tobacco industry. Deputy director Yang Peisen also attended the research.

During the inspectation, Shanxi provincial party committee deputy secretary and governor Li Xiaopeng met with Ling Chengxing, Shanxi provincial party committee standing committee and  Taiyuan municipal party committee secretary Chen Chuanping also attended the meeting. The two sides exchanged views on reform and development of Shanxi tobacco industry.

During the research, Ling Chengxing inspected the factory history showroom and manufacturing center of Shanxi Kunming Tobacco Corp. Ltd., and Taiyuan Tobacco Monopoly Administration (company) Logistics Center and Marketing Center, and Shanxi Tobacco Monopoly Administration (company) enterprise culture exhibition hall, etc., and listened to work report of Shanxi Tobacco Monopoly Administration (company) and Shanxi Kunming Tobacco Corp. Ltd..

Ling Chengxing fully affirmed the work achievements of Shanxi tobacco industry in recent years.

The relevant personnel of Office and Science and Technology Department of State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, and directors of China Tobacco Industry Development Center also attended the research. Enditem
