Ukraine: Ukrainians Become Less Smoking

This is proved by the results of sociological surveys. According to them over the first three months of this year, Ukrainians have smoked two and a half billion cigarettes less than over the same period of last year.

The tobacco production has reduced by almost 9 percent. NGOs associate this positive trend with coming into force of the law banning smoking in public places . It was inroduced six months ago. However, according to recent inspection,  only half of catering establishments in the capital follow the regulations. Enditem
