INDONESIA:Inter-Tabac Asia Moves to Bali

Inter-tabac Asia will be held on the Indonesian island Bali next year instead of the Philippine capital city Manila, where the trade fair was held the past two years, organisers said.

Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre outside the provincial capital of Denpasar will host the Inter-tabac exhibition on 27-28 Feb, 2014. The site also is to host World Tobacco Asia on 24-26 Sept, 2014.

Inter-tabac attracts tobacconist wholesalers and runs two trade fairs annually. The root exhibition takes place in Germany, which was expanded to Asia two years ago with the addition of the Manila show. World Tobacco Asia focuses on the industry, with manufacturers, packagers and suppliers as exhibitors. Inter-tabac said it again will co-exhibit with ProTobEx, another manufacturing fair. Enditem
