Italy: 60% of Italian Parents Smoke in Front of Their Kids

Six Italian parents in 10 smoke inside the house. And 48% of them make it even in front of children. All this despite the majority of mothers and fathers (3 out of 4) is aware of the fact that their bad habits can influence their children very much.

These are some of the results from the survey "Young & Smoking", made on a sample of 2,000 parents with children aged from 6 to 18 years, and disseminated during the launch of the 4th edition of the Moige campaign "Alessio e Sara in tour per la prevenzione al fumo minorile!"(Alex and Sara on tour for the prevention of youth smoking").
