<strong>China: Government Delegation Inspects Ulanhot Cigarette Factory</strong>

A large government delegation from Ulanhot City in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region inspected Ulanhot Cigarette Factory in the city, which is affiliated to HongyunHonghe Tobacco Group, on February 24, handling official business on the spot, and extending regards to the entire workforce of the factory.

Led by Secretary Ma Huanlong of the Chinese Communist Party Ulanhot City Committee and Mayor Zhu Chengbang of Ulanhot City, The delegation also grouped more than 30 other people including members of the Chinese Communist Party Ulanhot City Committee, the People's Congress of Ulanhot City, the municipal government of Ulanhot City and the Ulanhot City Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, as well as leading officials from Ulanhot City at the rank of deputy division chiefs and higher.

Speaking at a meeting held during the inspection, Ma Huanlong first of all affirmed the contribution made by Ulanhot Cigarette Factory to the economic development and various social undertakings of Ulanhot City, extended regards to the entire workforce of Ulanhot Cigarette Factory, showed support to the development of the enterprise, and expressed the hope that the cigarette factory will make greater contribution to the economic development of Ulanhot City

Speaking on the same occasion, Zhu Chengbang required competent departments of the local government to do all they could to support the execution of the second-phase project of extension of Ulanhot Cigarette Factory, offer full-scale support to the cigarette factory in accelerating its business development, extend policy support and assistance to the cigarette factory in terms of the construction of infrastructure facilities, etc.

At the meeting, Ma Huanlong, on behalf of both the Chinese Communist Party Ulanhot City Committee and the government of Ulanhot City, issued a "prize for special contribution" to Ulanhot Cigarette Factory. Enditem
