Italian people have massively converted to electronic cigarette. According to the consumers association, the number of users will reach at 1 million at the end of 2013. However, Adoc warns against the lack of legislation concerning the e-cigarette which could threaten the improvements of the smoking ban law. The problem is that people smoke e-cigarette where it is normally forbidden.

Alitalia and Trenitalia (the Italian air and train companies) had already banned smoking in their transports and some municipalities had followed the same way by forbidding e-cigarette use in the public area. The Italian Minister of Health takes too much time to adopt a circular regulating the question. In this way, Adoc had decided to alert the population to the dangers of this product that is still unsung and could be subjected to counterfeit. Enditem
