China: Yunnan Tobacco Science Research Institute, Schweitzer-Mauduit Sign Cooperation Pact

Yunnan Tobacco Science Research Institute in southwest China's tobacco-producing Yunnan Province signed in Yunnan on November 9 with China Tobacco-Schweitzer (Yunnan) Reconstituted Tobacco Co., Ltd. and Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. a framework agreement on bilateral technological cooperation.

At the signing ceremony, the representatives of both sides delivered speeches, expressing appreciation over the achievements made by the two sides in the research or designing and development of tobacco sheets, extending congratulations over the signing of the agreement, and expressing the wish that the two sides will bring into full play their respective advantages, earnestly honor their respective duties and obligations, and establish long-term stable relations of cooperation and partnership, in realizing mutual complementation of advantages and common development. Enditem
