Hongta Group has various kinds of advanced equipment on rolling, tobacco-cutting, expansion and redrying, in which there are two tobacco-cutting lines with production capacity of 12t/h and 5t/h; a German PROTOS2-2 cigarette rolling machine, one of the world’s most advanced cigarette machines, producing 16,000 cigarettes per minute; an Italian GD-H1000 packing machine which can generate 800 packs of cigarettes per minute; advanced auto logistics system gathering the world’s latest manufacturing technologies; a tobacco redrying line; two cutting lines; 1 tobacco expansion line and 70 molding, holder transmitting and rolling devices, and analyzing and detecting instruments. With these advanced equipment, Hongta Group is able to thresh and redry 10,000 kg tobacco per hour, and has realized full information management on production, logistics and management. Producing about 500 million sticks of cigarettes per day, Yuxi Cigarette Factory conducts a modular processing based on the concepts of refined and flexible manufacturing, optimizes process flow and processing craft and obtains helpful exploration and creation in the way of building Chinese-style cigarette production technologies.
