US: Blend Bar Opens Second Location in Nashville

One of the busiest thoroughfares in Nashville, Tennessee is now home to an upscale, cigar-friendly venue as Blend Bar held its grand opening there last Thursday night.

More than 130 people attended the event, which was sponsored by Davidoff Cigars and Fuzzy's Vodka. Owned and operated by CKM Entertainment, the new store is the second Blend Bar to open in the United States, as the flagship shop opened three years ago in Indianapolis.

"It is clear that Nashville has an appetite for luxury, and we are excited to add our upscale lounge experience to the mix," said Corey Johnston, president of Blend Bar.

The new 2,700-square-foot Nashville store is replete with luxury design, as it filters cigar smoke through a state-of-the-art ventilation system, features imported lighting fixtures from Turkey and custom leather seating. Customers can step into a walk-in humidor that sports Davidoff's current "Davidoff of Geneva—Since 1911" branding concept.

While Blend Bar's humidor is largely filled with Davidoff cigars, other premium cigar brands are also available. Additionally, guests can pair their cigars with The Balvenie, Pappy Van Winkle and Johnnie Walker Odyssey, in addition to many other premium spirits and cocktails. Small food plates can also be ordered.

Blend Bar also announced plans to expand to Pittsburgh later this year. Enditem
