Montecristo Social Club Roadshow Starts

After throwing two successful cigar cocktail parties on consecutive nights in two different Florida cities, the Montecristo Social Club is hitting the road to throw nine more parties across the country.

The Montecristo Roadshow Tour is a series of celebrations that bring like-minded individuals together to smoke and discuss cigars while enjoying a bit of the lifestyle that's often associated with cigars. The tour began last month with back-to-back cigar cocktail parties, first in the Fort Lauderdale Morton's The Steakhouse and the following night at Smith & Wollensky's Steakhouse in Miami.

The events cost $30 for Montecristo Social Club members and $45 for non-members. That price includes a new Romeo Añejo by Romeo y Julieta cigar and the chance to listen and participate in an educational cigar discussion led by Larry Palombo, vice president of tobacco for Altadis U.S.A. and a 44-year veteran of the cigar industry.
