Lincoln Cigar Bar Served New Terms Thursday

Jason Hutchinson, the owner of Jake's Cigar and Spirits, showed up Thursday to collect an updated license. His cigar bar will now have to be smoke-free under terms of the new court orders.

"There's been a lot of ups and downs, and the customers have been taken on quite the roller-coaster ride for the past few months," Hutchinson said. "Now, at least in Lincoln, we have a little bit of resolve for the next couple of months and who knows what the future is going to hold."

Omaha area cigar bars have also waited to pick up licenses, but their new deadline arrives in the next few days. Enditem
