Leading Cigarette Brand of Chinese Tobacco Manufacturer Honored

Hademen - a leading cigarette brand of Etsong Group in east China's Shandong Province - was rated on December 19 as a most influential Chinese brand by the World Brand Laboratory, which is a famous world brand evaluation organization. Hademen won the honor after it was rated as a national-level famous and high-quality cigarette brand in China, a Chinese cigarette brand with trustworthy quality, a most competitive national brand of China and a well-known Chinese brand earlier. Etsong Tobacco Group is one of the 36 key Chinese tobacco manufacturers designated by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration - the watchdog of China's tobacco industry. Official statistics indicated that over the past 13 years since its development in 1992, the output and sales volume of Hademen has exceeded 5 million cases (250 billion cigarettes), with the output in 2005 alone reaching 1 million cases (50 billion cigarettes). So far, Hademen as a single brand has generated over 13 billion yuan (1.6 billion U.S. dollars) in taxes and profits. Enditem
