Jinsheng, a 'local famous brand' cigarette is going to be developed into a leading national reduced-harm product, according to Zheng Wei, director of Jiangxi Provincial China Tobacco Industry Corp. In a report on Tobacco China Online, the Nanchang General Cigarette Factory was said to have used new technologies to develop Jinsheng into a brand with lower deliveries of tar and 'other harmful substances'.
