New Don Pepin Garcia Cigar to Debut at TAA

A new size of Don Pepin Garcia Original is set to debut at this month’s Tobacconists’ Association of America (TAA) conference. It’s called Don Pepin Garcia Original TAA Exclusive Limited Edition 2019, and unlike the core Don Pepin Garcia Original line, which is rolled in the United States, the new size is made in Nicaragua at the My Father Cigars Factory.

“Only this Special TAA size is made in Nicaragua,” Alcides Montenegro, general manager and creative director at My Father Cigars, told Cigar Aficionado.

Measuring 6 inches by 54 ring gauge, the new Don Pepin Garcia Original cigar is crafted in a size called Toro. It’s a Nicaraguan puro, with the same blend as the core Don Pepin Garcia Original line, and it wears a new secondary band and a foot band with the TAA logo. The cigar will ship in 25-count boxes and retail for $10.00 a stick.

Don Pepin Garcia Original TAA Exclusive Limited Edition 2019 will only be available through cigar retailers who are members of the TAA, which consists of 77 retailers who operate nearly 240 stores nationwide.  Enditem
