The owner of the new Royale Cigar Lounge doesn’t expect it to be a one-off.

Ammar Karmi spent 20 years dreaming about and four years planning his new venture at 297 Georgesville Road on the city’s west side. The lounge, which is across from the Hollywood Casino Columbus, is now open and aiming to give cigar smokers, be they novice or aficionado, a compelling and comfortable place to enjoy.

If successful, it’s a brand he hopes to expand.
