Cuba’s First Cohiba Atmosphere Club

The Cohiba Atmosphere, a high-end version of a Casa del Habano, has opened in the Gran Hotel Manzana Kempinski, Havana's newest and only five-star luxury hotel. The cigar club facility sits in the commercial mall of the new hotel, which began receiving guests the first week of June.

The Cohiba Atmosphere copies the Casa del Habano concept with a walk-in humidor, a lounge area and a bar, but it also includes private meeting rooms and a private lounge area; smoking is allowed in all areas. There are 40 private lockers in the club's humidor. The bar has a full range of spirits from around the world, as well as Cuban rums.

The humidor, according to Habanos S.A., has an extensive selection of all of the company's major cigar brands, as well as the full line of Cohiba cigars. The entire facility mimics some of the design elements in the Cohiba brand with its sleek modern lines, with nods to the Línea Clásica, the Línea 1492, Línea Maduro 5 and the Línea Behike.

The Cohiba Atmosphere in Havana is the 12th to open its doors around the world. Other locations include Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore, Prague, Buenos Aires, Cancun, and Shanghai. Enditem
